Acceptance of Terms

By accessing trykeepwell.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from KeepWell. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Products, Pricing & Orders

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or cancel orders — including after confirmation — at our discretion, particularly where fraud or resale is suspected.

KeepWell products are intended for personal use only and are not sold for resale or commercial distribution. Currently, all purchases are one-time transactions. We plan to introduce subscription options in the future; once available, updated terms covering billing frequency, automatic renewal, and cancellation will be added to this section and will govern those purchases.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We'll notify you and issue a refund if an item you ordered becomes unavailable.

Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method provided for the full order total, including applicable sales tax and shipping.

You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and orders may be delayed by carrier issues outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our full return and refund terms are posted on our Return Policy page, linked in the site footer, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If something's wrong with your order, contact us at support@trykeepwell.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider — we're able to resolve most issues faster directly.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

KeepWell products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are formulated as companion nutrition for adults navigating rapid weight loss, including those on a GLP-1 medication journey, but they are not a substitute for medical advice and we make no claims to treat, reduce, or offset the effects or side effects of any medication. Consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product formulations, and the KeepWell name and marks — is owned by KeepWell or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the site
• Resell or redistribute KeepWell products without our prior written consent
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepWell and its officers, employees, and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KeepWell, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@trykeepwell.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and KeepWell each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site or place orders after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
