Return & Refund Policy

Our Approach

Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we handle returns differently from typical retail goods. Unopened, unused products can be returned for a refund within our return window below. Once a product has been opened, we're unable to accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons — but if something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right regardless of whether the bottle has been opened.

Unopened Product Returns

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Products

Once a product has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. This policy exists because opened supplements can't be resold, and for your safety we can't verify a product's condition once its seal has been broken.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@trykeepwell.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — in these cases, you won't need to send the product back to us.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@trykeepwell.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm whether your item qualifies and, for eligible unopened returns, provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy above applies. Contact support@trykeepwell.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
